When I was approached by a fellow Leicestershire author to see if I would like to give his book a read, I found it hard to turn down!
Update, by Chet Patel is a fantastic book that uses fantastic stories and metaphors to discuss the need to update your mind differently. Chet has done an amazing job at comparing the mind to a mobile phone, or a computer and updating it in the right way to live a more lighter life.
I read this book with my business/entrepreneur hat on, however I am confident you will be able to read it as a self-help style book. It goes deep enough to help you to seek improvement, but is not too heavy to make you feel uneasy. It was a very enjoyable read and I never felt that reading it was a chore – which is always a nice thing to experience when reading a book like this!

Chet has done a fantastic job with this book and I am thrilled to have been able to read it; I came away with some great ideas on how to adapt my mindset and how to live a ‘lighter life’.
