As we continue to grow, our team and our requirements grow too. This means, in theory, we need more space.
However a new office means more costs. More costs, means we have to put our prices up. This then means our loyal customers, and our future customers have to fit this bill – and that is not right. Plus, an office means team members need to commute to a single place of work, adding extra strain to the environment.
So for the time being we have decided to remain as a virtual company. All of our agents operate professionally from their own home using top of the range equipment and services. These are the three main reasons behind this decision.
1.To Keep Our Fees Low.
We want to remain as competitive as possible, and as affordable as we can be. The minute we start to add massive overheads to our business operations we have to add these onto our prices. At Paragon we have a strong belief in the importance of customers, and we want to offer our customers and clients the most cost effective telemarketing service possible. By working from our homes, we can pass these savings onto our customers.
2.To Protect The Environment.
We live in an age where people are starting to become a lot more aware of our environment and the impact we are having on the planet. As a business, and individuals, we want to ensure we can do all we can to help to reduce our carbon footprint. Having team members drive to just one single place of work does not make that much sense when we have technology so advanced to support distance working. While we can, we will encourage home working to reduce commuting damages on the environment.
3. To Save Time.
Our time in life is precious, and I don’t know about you, sitting for hours in a car week by week scares me! And we want to protect all of the Paragon employees from wasted time by commuting to a single place of work. By allowing our colleagues to work from home we are saving them from commuting time and commuting costs too!
This decision to allow home working in no way deflects away from good, quality work! Our professional team will work just as well from home as they will from an office – and if anything, they could perhaps work more efficiently!
